What is included in the ticket price?

The ticket includes access to the concert. Admission is subject to tickets produced at the entrance.

What is your refund policy?

All refunds must be requested in writing. Send your refund request to tickets@rotary.org. Tickets are refundable until 25 April 2024. After that date, tickets are not refundable.

Is the location accessible via MRT?

Yes, the Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre is less than 500 meters (about a 7-8 minute walk) from the Shenton Way Station on the Thomson East Coast Line. Exit the station using Exit 3, and follow the signs to the Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre.

Is transportation included in the ticket price?

No, transportation is not included in the ticket price.

Is the venue wheelchair- accessible?

Yes, the 9th Level Auditorium is accessible via elevator, and there are limited wheelchair- accessible seats in the auditorium. Please indicate in your ticket purchase if you will require handicapped-accessible seating.

Can I bring children to the event?

No admission for infants in arms and children below 6 years old. Children 6 years and above must purchase ticket for entry.

What is the dress code?

Business casual or resort casual are both appropriate. Please dress comfortably for the weather. In May, the evenings are still quite warm (in the high 20s Celsius or 80s Fahrenheit).

What payment methods do you accept?

We can only accept credit or debit cards for advance purchases. If you need to pay in cash, any available tickets will be on sale at the Signature Events desk in Hall B at the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre starting on Thursday, 23 May at 3:00 PM.

If I arrive early, what else can I do at the Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre?

There is an exciting indoor exhibit on the Singapore Chinese culture, including how traditions , foods, and language evolved as different cultures influenced modern Singapore. Or experience Peranakan Fusion Cuisine at Cherki, open on Sunday from 5:00 - 10:00 PM.
